Last thing you ate

Swedish wrap bread sandwiches with vegan quorn 'chicken' burgers and vegan cheese, grilled on the George Foreman grill, then with a bit of sweet chilli sauce and vegan mayo added at the end.

Sounds really good, although I find the texture of vegan cheese really rubbery. Maybe if it's melted like you've done it makes a difference in the texture? Eat a lot of foods that are vegan, but my husband likes meat, so I often make chicken and small amounts of meat for him, and I eat some myself. So I'm not totally a vegan anymore, think I got tired of making two types of food everytime I cooked.

There's a brand called violife here, made in Greece that impressed supermarket buyers so much that virtually every major supermarket chain stocks it now, when it is melted inside something the texture is really nice and not at all rubbery. On top of pizzas its a bit hit and miss unless you have a genuine pizza oven (one pizza chain in London use it), it doesn't turn out rubbery but sometimes a bit dry around the edges.

Cheese and Ham bread cake, with Butter, a packet of Cheese and Onion crisps and a 4 finger Kit Kat.
