Just a quick Intro

Thanks Athena - it is great to hear from someone from Europe. Sometimes we get Dutch customers at our local Chevron gas station. There is one staff member who understands quite a bit of Dutch as her mom is Dutch too. We also get German and Brazilian customers too. It is nice to see diversity in our small tourist town of Golden, BC. The scenery here is spectacular on a sunny day, particularly in the late spring when the snow-capped mountains shine against the clear blue sky, and the flowers and lilacs are out in full bloom. Unfortunately right now it is raining!

Have a great day - Rob:cloud9:

Hello again Rob,

I hope all your efforts to explain Asperger's to your parents are successful, I imagine that they will be pleased to have some answers about how your life has been, and hopefully will be proud that you've managed as well as you have without the diagnosis. That is good news about getting the money AND getting your job back! My co-morbid disorder is ADHD, which really surprised me as I thought only people who bounce around all the time have that. On reflection, I can see that my mind might be hyper, even if my body isn't. It's strange to think of you having those problems with dyspraxia and remembering verbal instructions, when you write and describe your situation so well. I guess that's what makes this kind of communication so good :D

Take good care - AutumnRed

Yes, you sure got that right!
