Jurassic Park

Did anyone find it strange how the T. rex gobbles up the goat, on the ground, but then when the jeep is wrecked, Alan and Tim go down a big ravine? So where did the bottom of the paddock go? ;)

I do love the movie, all the same. It still impresses everyone to this day.

Clever girl. Ah!

Interesting observation. I suppose technically they could claim that the T-Rex crossed the fence and the concrete barrier from the left, and that the Jeep was tossed over side of the concrete barrier to the right of the scene.

However...

When the camera is on the other side of that concrete barrier showing the Jeep and Alan and Tim going down, it appears that the ravine actually spans the width of the entire scene.
Which implies that the T-Rex was defying gravity when it first appeared. Oops.

Though in the eyes of Hollywood, none of their audience would ever notice. Right? ;)

Kirk: "Spock, did you notice how the T-Rex seemed to have defied gravity?"
Spock: "Yes, Captain. However logically at the time considering the versatility of CGI, they could have given the T-Rex wings. This was their real error."
Kirk: "I see your point, Spock."
Bones: "In a pig's eye, Jim!"

Clever girl. Ah!

This may seem odd, but I have not seen all of the Jurassic World movies yet. I have been too engrossed into Resident Evil, for the longest time. I did see the first one with the friendly Raptors. 😑

Capcom fans really want a Dino Crisis remake. 🦖

I've only ever seen one Jurassic movie I think. Don't ask which one. It was years ago. My Dad had it on and I was still a child so I didn't have much choice of deciding whether I wanted to watch it or not. It left me scared of the dark for some time. I don't care to watch anymore of them.
