Is Zootopia a little bit of lesson on mental illness?

The predators start being feared because a few of them go off and start attacking everything.... Like mentally ill people are feared cuz a few of go off every once in a while?

Honestly people with mental illness are more likely to be the victims than the perpetrators of violence. Yes, I know, "sometimes mentally people really are violent!@!!!!11211oneoneone look at me I'm saving the world from SJW's!!!" But if you look at the numbers the truth is mental illness just doesn't make you violent. The more violent people are the ones without mental illness. What I think we need to do if we want to reduce violence on the street is we need to get all these sane people off the streets and into special hospitals until we can find a way of making them all a bit nuttier.
