Is anybody else excited by the upcoming movie - Project Hail Mary?

I love good SciFi and it all started as a six year old seeing Forbidden Planet. I do not see things like Star Wars as SciFi. So, modern movies like 2001, Arrival, The Martian, and Interstellar, I feel are masterful investigations of science and storytelling. I have read Project Hail Mary and have waited for somebody to recognize it as another great story. I just hope that they keep the book's ending.. It is an ending as satisfying as anything I can think of - I won't spoil it for you. I'm going to see it on the 19th in IMAX.

I certainly enjoyed all the films you mentioned. Though I haven't been in a movie theater in years.
