I found this two episode British series hosted by an autistic man, Chris Packham on Peacock+.

So gratifying to see such a presentation that seemed to touch so many bases in all the things we routinely discuss here that explain so much about us. And sympathetically relate to the intense frustrations posed by those who either cannot or will not understand us. The world I live in locally often gives me the impression as if autism didn't exist. At times it can be so demoralizing.

This show really resonated with me as an autistic person. I hope it does for you as well. Especially hearing on the issue of masking, and a woman commenting on that she masks 90% of the time even with her own mother.

Luckily I found both episodes on BBC's website:

Episode One: BBC Two - Inside Our Minds, Inside Our Autistic Minds..., Episode 1

Episode Two: BBC Two - Inside Our Minds, Inside Our Autistic Minds..., Episode 2
