In Lieu of On-Site Blogs

I'm a member at Absolute Write. One of their subsections just as has an ongoing thread where people can post the links to their latest blog posts. Could we get a thread like that going for those of us who keep a regular blog on Wordpress, Blogger, or whathaveyou?
 
I don't think there's any rule against starting such a thread, is there? As I recall, we're allowed to link to our personal websites, and our blog probably counts as such.
