i always seem to leave for months/years at a time and come back it’s funny lol. whether due to burnout or forgetfulness it always happens. 🤣

a life update for those who are interested:
i moved to a different city with my boyfriend, we’re living together now. i started a new job. i started therapy again. both my mom and dad moved away from me to live in texas.

it’s been a lot honestly. i guess i came back here because im struggling all over again and was hoping to get a new perspective?

i’ve been struggling a lot at work, i ask a LOT of questions however i don’t think it’s a lot. i’ve been told i ask “too many questions and they’re usually the same one’s” (this was feedback i received from my supervisor.) due to this, she moved me to a different department because she “heard from the “grapevine (whatever that means lol, i’m imagining an actual vine of grapes) that i’m too slow for my department check in. i got moved to check out and it’s been HORRIBLE. my supervisor witnessed me having a panic attack yesterday and had to calm me down. i also had one in front of her assistant the day before and had to get sent home early. providers/doctors hand me papers and expect me to know how to make appointments without telling me ANYTHING. it’s the WORST. i don’t know about yall but i always need clarification with absolutely anything and everything given to me. i’ve told my supervisor and her assistant id like to be moved upstairs where it’s MUCH quieter and i can just answer emails and take occasional phone calls when needed, however when i told them this my supervisor said they were too short staffed in check out and i had to stay. i’m dreading going back on monday and wondered if anybody had any advice?

anything helps, even just a ‘welcome back’ thank you for reading. ☺️

I remember you and 'welcome back!'
Time and life get away so fast without us realizing it, I know.
Days slip away before I reply to an e-mail, phone message or checking in on what's happening here too.
I have a lot of health problems and stuff going on in life. It's complicated.

I've been through the school and work problems panic attacks bring. They just come out of the blue it seems. It wasn't easy, but I made it somehow.
Now I rarely have one or if I do it is small.

And by the way, the "grapevine" is office gossip. 😐 🍇

hi! i remember you as well. ☺️

definitely, time feels like my enemy right now. i never seem to have enough of it, it slips away so much.

no worries, i completely understand. if you ever want to send me a message if you need a listening ear or solutions message me!

ah, office gossip got it. how…immature. 🥲

Welcome back

When I was in my job training program, I also got that response to me asking questions
It can be nerve-racking and frustrating

The best advice I can give you is just try to stick through it and keep going the best that you can

I'm new, but I think it's great that this place (and the people here) is somewhere you think of when life gets challenging. It's nice to have a place to go where you know people understand, and you can get some good ideas and support.

Anyway, welcome back😊
