I relapsed

Hi there, I know it looks like I come here only to complain, but from times to times I look at the forum to find something I can easely respond too, most of the time I dont find anything to say at the moment.

So since january I tried to work on that semester, I followed until this monday but I am more and more tired and I couldnt keep up, so now its been 3 days that I am doing nothing and I plan on doing some sports today and tomorrow I will start to go back at unni...

But what I learned is concerning, I mean, it realy feel like I cant keep up with a normal life, I cant even see my friends in the week end ( even without sleeping late) , I feel like I'm just done from one month at unni.

Sometimes, it happens. Once was really sick with the flu and couldn't keep up with my courses. So I went to the Profs and talked to them, and they gave me extra time. You might think about doing that. Once you talk to them, it opens up a dialogue so that some understand. Another thing you can do is contact and talk to the head of the department that the bulk of your courses are in. Don't give up.

I don't know if your Uni has a sort of disabled student services office or how well it functions if you do.

It doesn't appear that you 'only come round to complain', from my vantage point. I notice how supportive you are to others, and, aside from that, you are a part of the community, and welcome to the same.

Is your lack of energy, specific to mental energy, or, are you physically, tired/drained, as well? The reason I ask is, you mentioned you've 'relapsed', which made me think of the fact that there are certain types of viruses that can cause extensive exhaustion, without additional symptoms, and, if left untreated, can be reactivated, after lying dormant for periods of time. A blood test could determine it, if the virus is still active/not dormant.

If it were to turn out that you have an underlying virus, you might benefit from taking a lymphatic, blood and liver tonic, to detoxify and replenish all of the above. Unless, of course, your medical practioner would recommend, otherwise.

I hope you've been feeling better, since being physically active, today! :herb::bee:
