I need people for my film, therefore I HAVE to approach people.

I am part way through making my film about Aspergers. The filming I have done involving me and my friend has gone really well. The problem is that I need to film some of the scenes in my college cafeteria with people in the background. I have been told that I can only film there after college. I therefore need a large group of people to turn up after college and be in my film. I only have 4 weeks left at college to make my film and I am panicking because I have no idea how to go about getting all of these people. I also need a policeman for my film but I am petrified of going into the police station and them not taking me seriously.
I have to film these scenes next Tuesday and nothing is organized yet. How do I ask these people for help?
