The restrictions does not last that long, it is mainly to prevent spammers from posting on the forums.
It would normally be after 2 posts.

Thank you everyone. I live in a pretty remote area, so there are not a lot of people like me here. I guess there are not a lot of people like me anywhere. That is why this is so awesome. I AM NOT ALONE, I just felt like it my whole life.
