I am experiencing difficulty and frustration while using my hands . . . any advice?

I am experiencing difficulty and frustration while using my hands, manly fingers, to make fine movements such as typing, or selecting items with the mouse pointer. My arms seem to fill up with a tingling sensation. My doctor seems to think it is in my head. Any advice?

I have Asperger's Synonym.

Do your fingers/toes feel sort of like sausages?
I mean do they feel unduly thick [subjective sensation]
or difficult to move/flex?

Do your toes or fingers seem to buzz/hum?
Is the tingling like that?

Does the tingling happen only when you are doing
typing or mouse maneuvers? Or at other times,
in general?
