How would i feel with drinking coffee and then taking my cbd gummys ?

I have some old coffee that i want to drink and get rid of today. But i also want to take my just cbd calming gummys today.

Should i just drink coffee or just take my cbd gummys or should i do both ?

Im 33 years old with aspergers syndrome and attention deficit disorder.

I wouldn't drink coffee (or any other kind of upper) with CBD period. Coffee (even decaf) has caffeine that may or can offset what CBD is supposed to do, depending on individual metabolisms.

I love coffee, but if I'm intent on calming down caffeinated beverages are the last thing I would drink at the time. I just had two cups of espresso type ground coffee, and know not to eat things like chocolate unless I want to lie awake all night in bad. For me, I'm done today with consuming any further "uppers".

Coffee first, then wait four hours, then some gummies? Or make coffee, put in fridge, for ice coffee, and drink on days you feel tired.

I know some people like to mix their 'uppers' and 'downers', but that sounds like a lot of chaos to me. I think I'd have to choose whether I want to be revved up or sedated (those are totally different evenings, if not separate times of day) and just do one or the other.

People do much worse, though. Yours seem on the safer-side.

Decaf definitely has enough caffeine in it to give me hives.
Yep, it's one of those things many people don't realize. That decaf doesn't mean completely void of caffeine. I know in my own case I have to be careful about my caffeine intake or it will catch up to me in a horrible case of withdrawal for about three days.

I know what you mean. The best solution would be not to drink coffee to the point of negative side effects. Shop bought stuff in my country is very weak stuff, I barely use it because it's so expensive and ineffective. By not allowing myself to acclimatise to it, I can get more out of it. I used to know someone who would drink a whole bottle of CBD oil in one, which is a problem (and stomach churning! 😁) They had to give up that along with everything else.

I conquered my coffee addiction, I know take all vitamins and don't get headaches on caffeine withdraw. I also bought filter ground coffee and pending machine, but at moment filter it with strainer and it took about 3weeks but now I can't drink cheap instant coffee, I taste all kinds weird stuff like molasses or something. It's working out cheaper to also drink Nescafe as use less coffee, hmmm....bonus I get good cup of coffee

Now I'm just having regular craving for coffee (decent coffee) without the hassles
