Hello. Other than my lack of social skills related to autism, I have severe troubles with order and change. I hate it when people change their schedule on me or someone wants me to do something when I'm already busy or someone throws in that we are doing something and I don't know what it is. I get angry inside. How do I make my mind have order? I know if I develop this I'll be a bit saner in my mind. I need structure. Thanks anyone for responses
