I used to be very shy when I was younger and over time I am a lot better even learnt to be assertive and take charge in situation's with confidence,
I still have moments when I don't want to talk to people .
Its taken good quality counselling over many years to get to where I am now.
It helps having the right friends in life that understand you

I have to agree that I am soooo much better now than when I was a child/teen! I have a great support system so that does help a lot.

I just started seeing a counsellor, so I’m hoping for positive results.

I also recommend CBT I suffer from panic disorder and it was helping a lot more but I’m in the UK and you’re only given six mandatory sessions
