Hi All,

I'm from ireland, I'm 38 and just recently had the lightbulb moment when It dawned on me that I was on the spectrum after a consultant doctor suggested it to me.
After that meeting I did the research and a lot of things started to make sense.

I'm on an emotional and intellectual rollercoaster and I'm looking forward to reading and posting from others who understand.

I remember that moment of confirmation and the weeks after, like you it was a rollercoaster of relief and further anxiety. A decade on and I am more comfortable in my 'skin' than I ever was.

Hi IrishAspie,
I went through the process of diagnosis over the last 4 months or so. Still processing and re-filing memories. I have a therapist who helps with suggestions and information. I find AC helps a lot; I can't put it in words. :rolleyes:
