Hello all!

I'm a 29 year old self diagnosed aspie who just found out about this condition within the last year. It sucks not knowing about this condition until you're an adult, I wish I could have known about this when I was a kid so that I could have had some direction in my life, and not live in the dark the way I have. I can only imagine how those who are 50+ that just found out recently probably feel. Anyways, it is great to see people I can relate with, it amazes me how after reading post here I say to myself "wow that sounds just like me!" Well I look forward to meeting you all and becoming a part of the community.

Welcome to AC. Lone Heart. Yeah, I'm one of those self-diagnosed Aspies over 50 you speak of. Agreed though, it's better not to live in the dark about it.

Somehow instead of responding to this thread, I accidentally created a blog, but this is what I was supposed to post here:

Hey thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Butterfly_Lady, I am way down south here in Miami, in the same state as Gainesville, but a totally different country. :D
