when i was little the family use to call me Sarah roo...( what comes to mind is Rue from Winnie the Pooh) but rooroo was a nick name an ex boyfriend originally gave to me im not sure if it has a meaning... but since then a couple friends have stuck with calling me rooroo!
 
RooRoo... now that's cute. Ironically, I had the nickname "Pooh" in junior high. Not sure in retrospect, if I ever approved.
