Hello, my name is Cynthia and I'm new to this forum. I have Asperger's Syndrome and I'm very excited to meet others with this similar condition. I just recently found out that I had it from my Mom, and I have been doing a lot of research on it. My whole family knew that I had this but no one told me. I grew up knowing nothing about this condition. All I knew what that I was a little different from the typical person or family member. I guess my family was hoping by not telling me or not dealing with it that I would just grow up to be Normal or like everyone else. Oh well.

I just recently got married and I'm now living with my husband in our nice home. I'm currently not working and wish that I could find a way to make money without leaving the house, cause I hate being away from home in some boring building waiting til I can leave and be free again. I can't seem to keep a job for too long. Has anyone else had this problem??

Hi!!!! Welcome to AC! I think working can be hard for some aspies. I was lucky and found a place that I could tolerate. Its not terrible. But I know a lot of people that make their income that aren't aspies at home. Like making doll clothing and accessories or even other things...There are lots of ways to make money at home sometimes you just gotta be creative. Welcome to AC!!!
