Hello, I'm new here

I'm just starting out as far as AS forums (fora?) are concerned. I was diagnosed with AS 9 years ago, after spending most of my life undiagnosed and bouncing from one mental health worker to another. Other problems I have include depression, anxiety, social phobia and panic attacks (along with some physical health issues).

I hope to get to know people here and maybe learn something too.

Hopefully, you will feel comfortable with your being, no matter what condition you may be diagnosed with. We are looking at being ourselves, not being a label like a diagnosis. :)

Welcome to Aspies Central, nonetheless.

Welcome to AspiesCentral. You will find support here regardless of your particular flavour or place on the spectrum. I've been diagnosed for going on four years and it didn't take me too long to realize that every Aspie is unique.
