Hi all
I’m new here. My name is ally. I’ve suffered from anxiety/depression and just recently been suggested that I may have Aspergers. I’d live to meet people like me as it gets very lonely and isolating.

Hello, @Allyjwat! Welcome to the forum.

Sounds great:) my psychologist says I have some trademark “symptoms” of Aspergers but I haven’t been formerly diagnosed as of yet.

I find I get really easily irritated by people. Especially if they talk loud. I can’t stand loud noises or bright lights. It can’t deal with certain textures of fabric and especially bedding. I take what people say quite literally and I’m over sensitive. I have no social skills and therefore no friends.

Whereabouts are you in Australia? I was there a long time ago (Townsville and the GBR diving) and I loved it.
