Hey everyone,

My name is Nathan, and I was diagnosed with high-functioning autism when I was 4 years old. I wasn't told until I was 10 years old, and what followed was years of depression and anxiety.

After years of meditation, healthy habits, sobriety, and inner transformation, I'm now a coach for those with high functioning autism to heal and thrive. While life has gotten me to master the art of thriving in the neurotypical world, in the process he’s had to suppress some of the unique features and gifts that he was born with as a neurodivergent.

So that's why I'm here! I also upload informative content to Youtube and Instagram, check it out!

Who is "he?"

We can change anything
but we can never change
just one thing.

Out of own expiriences, isnt it painful to you to surpress yourself?

I did it my entire life, it basically blasted in my face.
Im still masking, but...it has a high price. And i still cant control not to mask.

To fit in has its pro and con.
In my case...it came with alot of medical health issues.
I really hope it works out better for you. But, just to be safe, listen to your body.
