Has anyone tried wearing a weighted exercise vest?

Has anyone tried one of these for calming? I want pressure on my chest and maybe belly.

That kind of vest looks like it might work but I do not know. I wonder how it feels and if you can be seated with weights only added to the front.

If anyone can help I would be appreciative.

Thank you

All good questions! Please share as you learn.

I bought a Squease pressure vest after seeing it advertised on this site. It was really expensive, a couple hundred for it but it is very good. It doesn't use weights so it's as light as anything and covers your chest, not your stomach It works really well against my anxiety, twenty or thirty minutes of it and I can get on with the things I need to do. It's like my own bullet proof vest.

My only criticisms is that while it's put together really well it does cost a lot of money and also I suffer with acid reflux every now and then and prolonged useage of it inflated can trigger it.
