Had an awsome week. I start my new job this coming monday, and I restarted building my indoor HO scale model train layout using Marklin German model trains. The new job will make affording these very high quality(and price) trains possible. The layout will be completely digitaly controled so that several trains can be run at the same time. It will take me most of the year to purchase all the track to completely build it as the picture shows what it will look like. I will replace the turntable and roundhouse at the rear of the layout with a small village. All the buildings will be lighted, working street lights ect. First pic shows the class 86 2-8-2T locomotive of the German Federal Railroad (DB), then the Digitial control system, first powering up of that system and finaly the class 86 running down the line. If anybody is interested in getting into the hobby and want a nice set with Digital control, Walthers has a nice Marklin starter set on thier dump sale, $500 set for just under $300, comes with train, track, and digital controler called the Mobile Station. I ordered one myself, will be here on Friday. Enjoy! Mike
