Groundhog Day and passing the time.

I would be on the computer mainly talking to my girlfriend and check out the forums, if not, i'd probably be on the phone.
Also I would be going to college every weekdays getting that over and done with and go home and do my routine. :P

Occasionally, I would be going places so at least that does keep me pretty active. :D

I`m at computer and play Wii/Game Cube a lot at home. I am trying to change by starting to read books at home. I also cook once in a while and try to study more recipes. But I`m not at home all day once I get out of school. I go to gym and Socrates Cafe meetings to discuss about things philosophically. And since summer is here soon I start jogging again.

When I have a job (hopefully will have soon) I am on the computer all day. Then I come home and spend a few hours on the computer. My two kids (19 months and 5 years) get a bit riled if I don't let them watch the Disney Playhouse channel or the BBC babies channel, so there isn't a lot else for me to do.

Currently I spend probably half the day on the computer.

I go to the gym pretty much every day - walking there and back + time spent in the gym takes about 2 hours. I also really like going for long, brisk walks, 10 or 15 km. In Jakarta I usually have to stop at about 10km because of the heat making me dizzy.

I like taking the kids to the mall, spending half a day there. Jakarta has a lot of malls, there are at least half a dozen malls within walking distance of where I live, and 4 of them are what you would probably call "mega malls". The malls have a lot of places to eat, and often very cool and elaborate play areas for children. And air conditioning.

If there were parks I would take my kids to the park. Maybe once a week we take them to the "beach", which they love. The beach in Jakarta is hard to describe, more like a beach "theme park" by the ocean, not exactly what most would be used to. The water is not exactly clean.

I don't actually have any friends here to "hang out" with, don't feel like I need any and I don't really like expats anyway - at least not the type who seem to base themselves in this part of the world.
