I feel low energy, high anxiety, simultaneously getting too much and not enough sleep, pumping myself full of coffee to survive my work shifts, spending too much time surfing the Internet on my spare time instead of being productive and building myself up.

So, instead of doing something about it, I am posting about it here.

Maybe I should get a physical done.

Maybe acknowledgement and awareness is the first step of doing something about it.

Perhaps, noticing these things is your chance to intercede with some support and healthy habits to stop a downward spiral.

Life can be blah for me too. But l don't beat myself up for it. You are a productive person, you hold a job, you pay your bills. That is success in itself.

I think you're contradicting yourself here, posting absolutely IS doing something about it!
In fact I'm struggling to think how you can see it as not doing anything? You made a decision and took an action, all motivated by the self awareness of your situation. Sounds rather more positive than you're framing it!

Don't GET a physical, DO physical. Go to a gym and work out. Go for a run. Take a walk. You know this, you have been like this before, and you don't need us to tell you.

I ate a tuna sandwich and went on a decent walk before it started to rain outside. I wish I had some cash so I could buy some almonds, I don’t feel like using plastic for something like that. I am feeling better somewhat.
