Post your best stretches or balance exercises for autism.....

This one is intensive, any calf stretches are super amazing.

For kids there are some fun exercises like lift your one leg, opposite arm and rotate.

Green juice shots
What's inside.....

  • 1 medium red apple, cored and sliced
  • 2 cups packed fresh spinach
  • 1 cup roughly chopped celery (2-3 stalks)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

Drop all this into blender, and it's wow after workout dose of goodness. Also make variations and do share your vitamin tonic here

– which I find gives it a fuller flavor and adds some protein and fiber to the drink. Are you on a low potassium diet? I’ve got a version for that too!
Enjoy.

Bear stretches hamstring but cause it opens up other muscles in support of it, I found it was beneficial to add to my stretches for my legs.

It's technically not stretching, but it feels like it to me(!) -- weightlifting. Sometimes when my back hurts (in that annoying / mild kind of way, not a serious injury), the first few bench presses seem to just pop it back into place.

Somehow getting any kind of exercise and movement seems to keep me from stiffening up too much, and I'm hoping this continues to work as I get older!

Blatant explanation required:
Lifting legs, this is useful for various reasons but to understand why this is suggested,
I'll explain
If you no longer have use of your legs then tuck n fold will just be hold legs tucked in and don't need to lower and raise legs. For me this helped sciatta from pregnancy as well as from back injury. But if you're older and struggling with legs then this is excellent.
