I am not sure if anything could have been gleaned from that interaction.Susanna Reid is trying to say in this clip, if someone has been abused by someone and later on, the abused person was to confront that person, that is assault. If someone done nothing wrong and was abused, any confrontation as a result is caused by the abuser!
