Employed, still no hours

I have to laugh at my situation. I'm employed but haven't worked this week and I'm not on the schedule for next.

Well, I had an interview with another transportation company and they hired me. So it looks like I will be working two part time jobs. This other job doesn't pay for shyte but some money is better than none. Plus, this is transporting train crews between yards or yard to hotel. I love trains so I'll get quite a few pictures.

Getting ahead is so challenging but this other gig might be some fun. On the bright side, it'll get me out of the house.

I think I've had to remind them to put me on the schedule when I was first employed at both of the stores I've worked at. Is this a new job? Seems this is a thing with them.

Yes, it is new but they claim to honestly not have hours available. Whether that is true or not remains to be seen. I think I need a few more people to quit so I can move up the ladder.
