Education and Fiqh pluss Sharia

إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْقِيَامَةِ وُزِنَ مِدَادُ الْعُلَمَاءِ بِدِمَاءِ الشُّهَدَاءِ فَيُرَجَّحُ مِدَادُ الْعُلَمَاءِ عَلَى دِمَاءِ الشُّهَدَاءِ

On the Day of Resurrection, the ink of the scholars will be weighed up against the blood of the martyrs, and the ink of the scholars will preponderate over the blood of the martyrs.

Sharia is the divine, unchanging Islamic law, while fiqh is the human effort to understand, interpret, and apply that law. Think of Sharia as the ultimate source of divine guidance from the Quran and Sunnah, and fiqh as the human science of applying those principles to real-life situations through the work of scholars. Therefore, Sharia is considered perfect and eternal, whereas fiqh is fallible and subject to change based on evolving circumstances and interpretation

So here are two things: (1) Divine Law (called Sharia) (2) Fiqh that equals Jurisprudence

So jurisprudence comes etymologically from late Latin jurisprudentia, from Latin jus, jur- ‘law’ + prudentia ‘knowledge’. This jurisprudence is broken down into e.g. a dozen disciplines including itself, that number can be expanded later.

My argument in this link (dozen disciplines) is Body is not equal to Mind. And we can't use [world present measures (Body)] to improve our future (Mind). In the future there'll not be bloody combat, but (mental endeavours). Bloody combat will have it's role in maintaining our Physics, and that need is minimal and sucking our global energy. ...

We can however move our mind to a coumputer, and put it on a Robots head and lose our Body. This shows we don't need Body Gards, we need Royal Guards. Royal Guards are assumably more mental than Body Gards.

Allah says: They make a shield of their oaths, and bar from the way of Allah. Evil indeed is what they used to do.

Socalled scholars must shake off their oaths that go against Allah. So easy and so Hard.

If any Body Guard commands for violence as HP (Hellspersonell), tell them "we know you are strong and .. bloody. But you tried to kill a Royal Gard known as Mustafa. You did that as a Government. So you can stay behind, that's your choise. But we're moving further into the futuristic Mind territory".
