Does anyone have foods that they are ok to not eat but if they do start eating them, they almost can't stop?
I can take spoonfuls of peanut butter, especially if it is mixed with honey and have to force myself to not eat as much as I want. I could easily eat more than half a cup and not spread it on anything.
Another thing is yogurt, yogurt with trail mix or some cereals. Not all yogurts but some brands and flavors I could just eat tons of.
Different than addiction I guess since it isn't as much craving them (happens too though) as not being able to stop those specific foods when I start eating them.
