For me:

1. UK: A good fusion cuisine meal in one of the best culinary hubs of the world
2. Ireland: Beer factory or museum, whatever it is
3. Australia: Cool seafood by the seaside
4. New Zealand: Getting into the Polynesian-influenced hip-hop scnee in Auckland and beyond
5. Canada: Watching a pro, junior-league or even casual junior hockey game
6. China, esp. northern China: snow carnival in Harbin
7. India: Visiting Bangalore's IT companies
8. Indonesia, especially Jakarta: Tempeh by the warung (roadside stalls)
9. Philippines, most likely Manila: Real sour and salty Pinoy cuisine
10. Vietnam: Pho!
