i recently learned a few months ago that i am an OSDD 1b system and i am having trouble coping with the fact i am a system.

i wanted to know if there are any other systems on here that had trouble with coping with being a system at first and what helped you accept it.
 
Had to look up what that was.
I have a lot of the symptoms that are listed, but not the alternate personalities. But I have (complex) PTSD which it says is similar in some ways and can be comorbid.

I do have dissociative/depersonalization experiences, I often feel like I’m watching a movie of my own life, and I have fluctuating gender expression.

I had a period of schizophrenia about 24 years ago and get derealisation ,have cptsd ,panic disorder
