Does anyone else have this problem?

My doctor prescribed me b12 supplements. B1000 to be exact. It’s giving me mild diarrhea. I stopped taking it for a few days and my diarrhea went away but my tiredness returned. I’ve also been experiencing anxiety and moodiness. Felt great when I was taking the B1000. I know you can get b12 from food but I changed my diet and didn’t notice a difference. Still sluggish. So I’m making a doctors appointment for the diarrhea part of it. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem.

You can get an injectable B12, 1000mcg/ml and take it once a month. This bypasses the digestive problem.

I’ve been taking it for years. It really helps.
