Doctors follow patients not vica versa

As with ADHD combined autism, it was individuals reporting back their symptoms. So whilst folic acid was known to be given asd women during pregnancy, and just women in general

We witness doctors confirming what mother's said about giving sons folic acid.

Another finding I have is that which I call need for AB vitamins, meaning combination of vitamin A and B is essential.
And hidden truth of spinach, whether it's iron or everything else it's top supplement for autism.

Not just any form of multi-B vitamins. Energy drinks that have high amounts of B vitamins are not methylated (e.g. cyanocobalamin). A significant percentage of autistics, especially females, do not have sufficient metabolic processes to methylate. When in doubt, seek out methyl B12 (methylcobalamin) and methyl folate. Furthermore, if you are choosing a daily multi-vitamin, seek out a methylated multi-vitamin supplement. SAMe is another cofactor that helps with methylation.

If you lack the ability to methylate, then the active form of the vitamins will not be converted in the body, leading to deficiencies. The body simply excretes it, and you've wasted your money. More importantly, it can lead to an increase in an inflammatory marker called homocysteine which can adversely affect many organ systems (brain, liver, kidneys, etc.) not to mention it is associated with increased risk of hypertension, stroke, and heart attack.

Autistics should have their homocysteine levels tested. If elevated, poor methylation may be a contributing factor to other health issues (physical and mental) you may be experiencing.

He said B-12 ... You get this only from meat.

My colleague said his Wife is vegetarian, but when she learned this scientific fact she started eating chicken.

Also Patients are patient. The Doctors follow me up as Patient. They need a guide up.

That was exact issue was when I started drinking energy drinks to get through being single mom and homework substitute. I think it's what caused Candida in in first place. But yes, have guarana and amazing supplements but I've never gone that far with sugar in my life. But you nicely noted this.

Also aside from flu shot was vitamin b boosters given, which was my motivation to try this for our family, whether helps asd or ADHD. These vitamin B drops also given to babies aside immunisation, so I figured must be reasoning why.

My nails split during pregnancy, so I decided to check folate which isn't always included in vitamin B complex.

Many Thai restaurants in CPT, before being vegetarian I liked Saigon restaurant or noodle bar, but I've not eaten much pasta so often I'd go across road to sushi bar, and they'd suggest items wrapped in sea weed. I think Asia knows a lot about nut allergies, vitamins than what west cares to realise. Mostly I think Thai people supply dr. Berg with his information,

Coq10 is digestive as opposed to taurine (not sure about Japanese/German mix in red bull) both are created by the body, but coq10 assists with digestion. It was recommended to me by Thai people

And fish (B3 B6 B12) and fish oil supplements and cod-liver oil
Which carry over from many Eskimo related dietology arguments regarding fish eating cultures.

I worked at take away during my divorce, which is disgraceful but child services intervened on his speed addiction, I was employed by Muslim lady boss who wanted me to at times help cook, when busy. So I now make perfect falafel, which expensive so we'd make dip with daree lentils, and there many delicious vegetarian dishes. Also good is tsatsini dip. Still argue as I did special sign for kebab and chips that weekend, had many orders. But the boss made shish kebab with mince which is probably traditional, however in West the customers were expecting meat on sticks. Huge mixup. So I renamed the kebab and just explained it to customers.....just not same amount orders. But bunny chow always sells well, and we were busy enough. But I had to leave because working 7 days a week didn't allow me to see my boys, school would phone to say homework wasn't done or missed school. My boss was understanding she said she picked me for job because I was more quiet, don't drink.

Of interest was the Asian equivalent of yoghurt, kimchi.
I suppose in society that first stopped breastfeeding was assess the antibodies and probiotics needed.
We know so much due to antibiotics about replacing this in the gut. Looking at kombucha it appears at first is was like beer-bread making, fermentation. Also noted Japanese copied west with pickles and preserves to survive winter, which I remember my gran making jam from apricot harvest before lost as perishables.

This is slight variation, whether austistic people absorb normal folic acid!! But I've also on wrong planet assessed colic in babies and we had decided mothers diet containing dairy can produce colic in breast fed infants, so celiac reasoning for lactose intolerance in autism is warranted. Autism displays similar lack muscle definition in arms and legs but not as radical as celiac, appears to be a connection.
Also a theory that after certain age, certain type of vitamin causes problems with legs, hard for me to say as last summer heat and I have vericose veins that's issue. Of interest if others have removed some vitamins due to leg problems.
