Do You Jump?

Oh my gosh that he could do splits midair like that is why I had a crush on him at 14--he was an acrobat, but all these years later it now seems kind of dopey. But here is you some rolling stones on the continued theme of jumping:
my favorite line in this song: "I was raised by a toothless bitty hag."

Bursts of excitement doesn't happen often, but when it does, I spontaneously will say: "Yay!" and either show a big thumbs up or pat my fingers together in a silent clap that can be seen.

When excited I jump, do the hokey pokey turn myself around, stretch my limbs into weird positions, go brrrrrrriba with my mouth. It is SO FUN. What silly things do you do from autistic happiness and how do you feel when you do them?
You turn into Michael Jackson?

Prefer not to jump because it can be painful for breasts when they're bouncing, but did jump a lot as a kid. Never really from happiness as far as I can remember, just for sport or games.

Privately I might break out into a little bounce, a brief discombobulated happy dance at best, but not jumping off the ground. More often I will laugh as my response to joy at something positive being added to the collective experiences to date.

I don't do any of those things. Besides looking utterly foolish, I'd probably end up injuring myself. I rarely even move quickly unless it's necessary. Also I can't remember the last time I got really excited about anything. Unless you count when I freaked out this past week when we were out driving and I thought a car was going to crash into us "excited". "MOM LOOK OUT FOR THAT CAR OMG!!"

People get into car crashes all the time. It's terrifying knowing you could be out having a pleasant conversation with your mother and then suddenly and without any warning someone crashes into you, and you get horribly injured and spend the rest of your life bedbound with tubes and hoses stuck into your body.

There was a rabbi, a popular speaker, named Shimshon Pincus. He would occasionally mention the dangers of cars, saying that people should only drive when necessary. In 2001, he, his wife and their daughter were killed in a car crash.
