Do Asperger symptoms get more prominent with age?

more easily said than done but,
- accept yourself for who you are, a diagnosis or label is the result of what you are not the other way round
- accept that being the way you are doesn't need to be a problem, everybody is good and bad at things, adjust and be happy, i am emotionally distant too, but rather than focus on what i'm 'missing' enjoy the peace and strength that i find in my solitude
- etc etc, accept the things that you can't find a positive expression of and enjoy the rest

personally, i believe in doing what you can before using meds, i've recently started going outside again and cycling and it has made me feel much calmer and balanced

the i was younger (and undiagnosed) i wasted so much time focusing on what i didn't have, feeling guilty about 'not belonging' or 'being like everyone else' only later in life and having burned out did i learn f*ck everyone else, i decide what makes me happy and i started enjoying my 'limitations'
