Digestive issues

I'm confused as to why probiotics wear off, but yoghurt or sauerkraut bodies don't. Is this a gimmick that we must pay x every time and continue taking probiotics all time at that cost?
I have noticed that as well. Perhaps evolution, humans evolved in symbiosis with the bacteria present in natural food?

Honestly, avoiding dairy but since I'd eaten too much garlic to keep-parasite free all my gut microbes died. Then I realised pickled food lack lactobacillus or streptococci
Usually two helpings of plain yoghurt ensures one is regular, I don't have patience for probiotics....
A) take too long to work
B) cost a lot
C) hidden ingredients since unregulated (why after all this time is gut-brain link recognised but the probiotics are up to no good)

Didn't want to buy this, pharmacist couldn't help. So R250 for probiflora and ingredients on bottle don't match....cause online it's admitted there's sugar additive, huh? What else, I think yeasts and all kinds of stuff, or lactose derivatives, lies lies lies.

Raw milk, um, this could just we'll be option. I need to source RAW yogurt with no additives to cause allergy.
Seriously not going to put up with this.
