Next week I'm finally going on my first proper photography road trip in three years

Alix is a small Alberta town, about 750 population, I've found a hotel that will cost me $40 per night (5-star lodging

), it should be a good central spot to go exploring during the daytime, looking forward to it and I will go this time!

Of course gas price spiked up again recently, but I'm not going to let that stop me this time, I need this one!

And I did pass through Alix briefly (once) back in 2006, not sure if this Chicken Run bus is still running around, haven't been back since...
