Cineworld website keeps crashing when I try to book

Topic.

Trying to book for the whole family to see Mary Poppins Returns at Cineworld this afternoon, 3 adults, 2 kids because my nephew and niece are with us for the week.

Tried 3 times to book using my Unlimited card and Dad's payment card, and it crashed every time.

I know that the Cinema and stuff will be mega busy today, but can anyone help?

I am aware of Google and the Cineworld website.

Maybe the website is just having issues today? I've had times where I try and do something online but fail because on that particular day the website gets screwy.

On top of that, Cineworld apparently doesn't have the best response from customers - with the accumulated reviews on Trustpilot rating it 'bad' as 73% of the reviews rate it as just one star out of five.
Cineworld is rated "Bad" with 2.0 / 10 on Trustpilot

I've been going to the local Cineworld at least twice a month for years and never had any major problems.

Well the normal adult price for tickets is about £9 so to get the money's worth out of paying £18 for the Unlimited card I need to go a minimum of once a fortnight, some weeks I go twice a week, especially during the Summer when the big "blockbusters" are on.

I learned through experience to avoid the cinema on Christmas day or New Years. Too many people with the same idea. Small wonder their server crashed.

Such site traffic reflects the entire amount of theaters and films in your area and not necessarily a particular film, theater or time you had in mind. Hopefully you can still book by phone though.

We went last night, took the kids to see the new Mary Poppins.

Like most Disney films, it's one of those that gets better each viewing.

Amd then we all went to McDonald's for tea.
