I have gluten sensitivity. So I never had the test itself.

However, I can talk about how it changes the way you eat, if that is what you are asking about.

You are panicking pull your perception away from your heart rate instead go toyour thought what would you normallybe doing if you werent thinking about surgery a the place where the biopsy is done you will survive probably given a local anaesthetic and given some advice then you leave go wherever you decided to go

@ZebraAspie

Are you asking about the procedure of the biopsy, how
to deal with that?

I haven't had that particular procedure, but I did experience
a surprise at the Ear/Nose/Throat specialist. He used a tube
that went up my nose and I had to swallow for it to progress
through my throat. It was a looking device, no samples taken.

He didn't announce this procedure beforehand, just asked his
assistant to get the whatever-it-was and then started in
with it. It was nowhere as difficult as I had supposed, from
seeing things like this on television.

As far as a biopsy goes, I have had a uterine biopsy done.
The doctor was very skilled. It was less painful than a usual
pap smear. She had advised me to take 4 Tylenol before
arriving.

If you need more information about the procedure, your
doctor's office should be able to provide that. If it's coping
with fear/anxiety, there is a technique called FLOAT you
might want to check out.

So, the next thing will be getting the results.
And figuring out what to do from there.
Depending on what the results are.
