The Imam is talking about that animals are constantly aware, they worry about dangers. When a rabbit is eating it moves its ears to scan the surroundings. And a dog is aware when you come next to it and it's eating...
Humans are hedless and sleeping, they are not aware. Like in the traffic, people drive automobiles but they are sleeping, they might cause an accident through the car that is essentially a mass-destructive weapon — you can kill 50 people by running on them — so you can't give a car to anyone.
A personal experience: When I was around 20 years around 2006, i was under compulsory treatment by HP, I was a kid. I was a self-aware kid. At one point i was in a Psychiatric institution and I recieved a room that I though was my base, and there was a corridor that lead to the living room the other base. So to bridge these bases I had to explore and brighten the corridor, with risk of being killed/injured since I was aware. Because it was dark there metaphorically and sin-ful, it turned out I got nearly killed because I was Muslim ... many times upto 2018. I got nearly dead because of my Defenestration and another by drowning, and other times upto 2018 where I was suffocating because of sexual need. Metaphorically; It stinked blood there, so i got hyper-aware and over-kill.
Between 2019 and now 2026 I've been dead man walking. Sadly people want to create "strong men" out of people, but this strength should be directed inwardly, from God. Only God can give strength, for him whom wants to Believe. I can't have two gods, so he whom tries to enforce his Divinity on a Believer will lose and accused of murder.
