Im 30 living on disability. I was diagnosed when I was 20. My mother thinks I am useless and will do nothing good. She ruined my self esteem to the point i would rather be in jail than with her. I dont have a father but what I have always wanted was a friend and when your only number on your phone is your mother you do start to feel like a loser.

What do you do with your time? Do you live with your mother or alone? Could you try and meet new people in the hope of making friends?

Is your mother alone also? I just wonder if she's contributing to keep you dependent on her so she won't be alone. Just a thought. I hope you take steps (small steps starting off) to gain some independence from her.
