At a wits' end

My family are overwhelming me. I wish they'd just leave me alone. All I can feel is anger, frustration and hurt. Everyone sees me as the bad guy but I just feel victimised and there's nothing I can do. Anything I say will probably add fuel to the fire and if I say nothing the same outcome is apparent.

I just wish there was someone out there that truly understood me and could help me see this torture through.

For what it's worth, I also have been in situations where everything I did seemed wrong to others. I could have been a total "sell out" and apologized for everything to get them to quit. If I tried to leave, then they condemned me for that too. Find a peaceful place (I did here) and deal with the world as things make sense to you. Have faith. Things get better.

Maybe ask your doctor for some family therapy sessions. When you're dealing with someone with a diagnosed medical condition there can be a lot misunderstandings and that's when a therapist might be able to help.
