Asperger Syndrome and Panic Disorder (REDIRECTED)

Misfate

An isolated cloud in the sky
:geek:Greetings once more, affiliates of Aspies Central! I've been astray from the forums in the erstwhile fortnight, heh:), but I am quite content in return to my kindred compatriots! My previous thread was solely an introduction, and I now wish to confabulate in earnestness:bored:. The topic, in which I wish to converse, is Asperger Syndrome and Panic Disorder (ergo the denomination of the thread). I have botheration in my panic disorder: symptoms of depersonalization, derealization & dizziness; shortness of breath, heart rate acceleration & chest pain; cold sweat, paresthesia &, recently, apprehension of moribund. Even utilizing medicaments of anxiety, my panic attacks transpire, bereft of motivation, inducing in me solicitude of oncoming spasms of terror:unsure:. I have even had a panic attack perpetuate an interval exceeding an hour-dyad as of late. I am aware there is no "cure" to my encumbrance, but I wish for advice in unburden of these worriments in order to curtail in consternation and repose via rectification:balanced:.

I think the first step would be to work out what the stress triggers are. Then try to find a way to manage them. If you can have someone to tell you are feeling stressed out can help, it did for me. then to build up a support network of several people (it can be too much for one person). I am going through the same situation myself.

I may try to add to it latter on, my train of thought got broken mid way through. I think stress was a central part of it, and trying to manage it.

I was iniatally being tested for epilepsy, how ever the results were inconclusive. I am on medication for epilepsy, anti anxiety, blood pressure pills
