Are You Eccentric?

Am I eccentric...? 🤔

My Barbies & Joes don't think so.

I do things by fours: counting, sips of beverages, how many things I keep in my bag, etc. I also occasionally walk around in infinity symbols.

Exactly! I learned on a manual typewriter too! And all the white out, even after electric typewriters were common.
I spent more time correcting words with whiteout than actually typing! Had to pull the paper out, white out the words that were wrong, then somehow manage to get the paper back to the same place where the word was spelled incorrectly. And I thought it was sophisticated.

I still have white out in my old desk drawer.

White out is also the artist's friend. One famous cartoonist had been re-doing cartoons for years before a colleague stopped by at the right time.
For a typewriter, I thought that correction tape made more sense. Backspace, insert tape, and repeat error. Later models had it built in.
I have also re-inked dozens of ribbons for pin based computer printers, and re-filled many ink cartridges.
