i sometimes am afraid to show my full potential around certain family members because I’m afraid I’ll fail. Lately however that’s been changing & have been showing my fullest when doing tasks for them which is been nice! My question though is have you guys experienced this before?

I always like performing arts such as acting, singing, and modeling.
Never liked my Mom to be in the audience though as it somehow made me feel
vulnerable to being my best.
Reason was because she always super criticized me on how I could have done better.

Good to hear this, I tend to be more quiet around my family than I am with other groups.

I agree. My family knows me the least of anyone. I'll talk more to a stranger at the grocery store than I will to my own family.
