Angry people with Jocko Willinks

Working in health care we must deal with horrible things and very stressed patients and family members. You literally see people at their worst emotionally and physically. In this case, Jocko is absolutely right with the technique he is using. You never want to be in a situation where you are telling them to "calm down" or to minimize their concerns.
