I still had Gizmo & Spike from Gremlins at 17 so I say quite normal

My 17 year old aspie son has a lot of stuff from his earlier years. He gets attached to things and does not want to let go of them. He is a sweetheart unlike me.

Heh not weird at all. I have a collection of stuffed teddies and I am 30yrs old. I also collect BJD's (dolls) I think that we all have something that we feel are a bit childish but that we love and won't let go of. So I think its perfectly legit

I am 63 and I still have a doll I got when I was 10. It's a Bannister baby doll. I had a collection of Ginny dolls but I think my mother gave them to my niece and now no one seems to know what happened to them. I found an old one in an antique store and bought it. It looks like the ones I used to have. The new ones they started making in the 90's have a different look, different face.

I still collect ducks, in fact my mum's friend recently bought me a London 2012 Olympic cyclist one. I also have no qualms about buying stuffed animals, and I still have a lot from when I was a kid. I also love to play with silly putty or play dough, and recently I played with Moon Sand. Video games aimed at children also appeal to me; during the summer holidays I've been having a blast with my old Gamecube games, especially the ones from the Mario and Sonic series.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I like to watch cartoons too and would happily watch Looney Tunes all day long if I wasn't studying.
