Alaskan Aspie

Hello all!
I am a female Aspie in my early 30's up here in Alaska. I am a Meteorologist that works on the North Slope of Alaska. I had all the wonderful trials of Aspie-hood growing up No friends in High School or College and my forays into the wild world of dating were terrifying failures to start. Early adulthood felt like one terrifying failure after another. I was determined to fight and become as happy as possible in my life! I continued treatment and presented myself with challenge after challenge. I grew and continue to grow still. I am getting married this Spring to a terrific man I met 4 years ago, he is NT and wonderfully understanding regarding all the challenges living with and loving an Aspie entails.
